EVENING SHOWER

- A clean body equates to better sleep resulting to better-looking hair and skin.
- Washes off accumulated pollutants, residue, and oil build-up to avoid blemishes.
- Keeps the bed clean thus minimizing chances of bacne (back acne) and dandruff.
- A five to 15-minute shower at 104°F temperature and gradually lowering as you reach the end of your shower is your recipe for better sleep.
It is suggested to shower in the evening before going to sleep to remove all the dirt accumulated from the long day. But a morning shower encourages blood to flow in your head raising your creativity levels.
